John Ramos is a very experienced Project Manager who has worked on a variety of projects in many of our local cities. John is a people person, diversely gifted in both design and building, and also has a strong business sense.

He has attended BCIT and completed many courses in the area of construction, as well as developed his natural gift as a designer. John has surrounded himself with a fantastic team of Architects & Interior Designers, Structural & Civil Engineers, and Urban Designers & Accountants. As a result a result he is able to complete projects as promised, and known as the guy “who will get it done”.

As the owner of a successful Design & Build firm for more than 25 years, John has developed a strong understanding of the business side of building. Known for his hands-on approach after working on the tools for over ten years as a young man, he brings a commitment to quality and a keen eye on the budget for every project. The designs he uses are highly practical and governed by both the user and the environment. 

John’s versatility and expertise in urban design can be clearly seen in his projects, and his company has projects both locally as well as internationally. Working in partnership with great architects, and he has a strong interest in many of the projects that he is recently working on as the company continues to quickly expand into many diverse areas of development.

John has always been diverse in his skills, and we can see that now by the variety of projects on his roster to build. From projects on the water or along the water front, to low and medium size towers, to a variety of commercial buildings, and mix use construction. As the company continues to grow and expand we look forward to seeing what the future holds for this quickly growing company in its expansion.
